We will provide refunds by check (minus shipping and a 15% restocking charge) for UNUSED sukkah kits or decorations returned WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF RECEIPT. No exceptions.
Returns and/or refunds are NOT accepted for lulav/etrog sets or bamboo mats. Missing or defective items will be replaced: inform us of any problems at once.
We stand by the quality of our products, and will replace defective parts at our expense. WE OFFER NO WARRANTY AGAINST WIND OR STORM DAMAGE, but will assist in the restoration of a wind-damaged sukkah by providing replacement parts at cost + shipping.
Before returning merchandise, you must call 919 489 7325 to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions.
